Underwhelming Stay with Several Issues

The check-in process was not good. I dislike being directed to a machine. The lobby felt small and chaotic. My room was too hot. There was no real air conditioning, only a small unit that did not cool the room properly. Hallways were cooler than my room, frustrating.

the hotel provided fresh towels and toiletries daily i found this very convenient. the on-site onsen was a highlight i especially liked the tattoo cover-up stickers provided making it accessible for everyone.

the air conditioning wasn't very effective it made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I really enjoyed the proximity to the train station. It was so easy to get around! The cleanliness of the room stood out. I liked the coin laundry with automatic detergent. The hotel made exploring very convenient!

The automated check-in presented some difficulty at first. I found the location a bit isolated at night since it was far from many local attractions! This impacted evening outings and dining options nearby.

The breakfast buffet presented a great variety of options. I especially liked both Japanese and Western choices available. The onsen was clean and well-kept, a really enjoyable amenity. I also found the hotel's location convenient, close to the subway station.

The air conditioning system was to be centrally controlled, which prevented me from adjusting the temperature in my room. This caused the room to be warmer than I preferred.
